Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Window
Most physical products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and accessories.
2. Before You Initiate a Return
Before creating a return request, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@solacecore.store. We can provide troubleshooting and practical solutions before return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, send your order number, item name, quantity, and reason for return. After approval, our support team will provide return instructions and return authorization details. Only authorized returns can be processed.
4. Return Process After Authorization
- Repack item(s) in the original box with all included accessories and packaging.
- Place the return authorization information inside the package.
- Ship according to the instructions provided by our support team.
- Keep your tracking number until refund completion.
If a return label is provided, it is time-limited. Expired labels and late shipments may result in return rejection.
5. Return Deadline
Authorized returns must be shipped promptly and received within the approved return period. Returns outside the return window may be declined.
6. Inspection and Processing Time
After the package is marked delivered, return inspection and processing normally takes 10 to 15 business days. During peak seasons, additional delays may occur.
7. Refund Method and Posting Time
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or due to our error. Depending on payment method and bank processing, funds may appear in 1 to 2 billing cycles.
8. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged by misuse or unauthorized modification
- Products returned without authorization
- Final sale items and gift cards, where stated at checkout
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number and photos. We will provide replacement, exchange, or refund based on case review.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before fulfillment. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply.
11. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us first for any payment concern. We will work to resolve issues quickly. Invalid or duplicate chargebacks while active support resolution is in progress may delay claim handling.
