Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy

At SolaceCore, we stand behind the quality of our massage and wellness products. Because our catalog includes products fulfilled by different suppliers, warranty terms can vary by item. This page explains our store-level warranty and guarantee standards.

1. Scope

This policy applies to physical products purchased from solacecore.store. Any product-specific warranty shown on a product page overrides the general terms below.

2. Store-Level Guarantee

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • After verification, we will offer an appropriate remedy: replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or full refund.
  • For transit damage claims, photos of the product and packaging may be required.

3. Limited Functional Warranty (If Applicable)

For eligible massage devices, we provide a limited 30-day functional guarantee from delivery date against manufacturing defects under normal household use, unless a different period is stated on the product page.

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, liquid exposure, improper voltage, or unauthorized repair/modification
  • Issues caused by not following product instructions
  • Consumables, accessories, and hygiene-related items where return is restricted for safety reasons

5. How to Request Warranty Support

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

We typically respond within 1-2 business days.

6. Resolution Method

Depending on issue type, stock availability, and supplier verification, we may provide troubleshooting steps, replacement parts, product replacement, reshipment, or refund to original payment method.

7. Relationship to Return & Refund Policy

This warranty policy should be read together with our Refund Policy. Return authorization and processing timelines in the Refund Policy also apply where relevant.
